Standard Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Terms and Conditions upon which this ticket is issued by The Event Promoter are set out below. The acceptance of this ticket shall constitute acceptance by the ticket holder of these Terms and Conditions. A breach of these Terms and Conditions shall render the ticket void and all rights conferred or evidenced by it shall be nullified.

  2. The Event Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to refuse admission to the ticket holder to the event or any part of the event, to remove the ticket holder from the event or to direct the ticket holder to another part of the event.

  3. Entry into the event will be authorised on an event day only upon the presentation of a valid ticket by each ticket holder seeking to gain entrance. Individuals who have been banned from attending events by competent authorities or sports governing bodies in any jurisdiction, or who are considered as a security risk, are prohibited from entering or remaining in the event. On entering the events, the ticket holder agrees to abide by pertinent HSE, or similar state bodies, & event regulations, at all times.

  4. The instructions of Management, Stewards and he relevant police force must be obeyed at all times, ticket holders must truthfully answer any question concerning a ticket from a steward or member of Management and ticket holders agree to be searched by a member of the relevant police force.

  5. If the ticket holder is refused admission or removed, no money shall be refunded.

  6. Should the event be abandoned or postponed due to Force Majeure, no entitlements to refund shall arise. However if and when the event is subsequently rescheduled, tickets held for original date, shall be valid for the later rescheduled date in September 10th-12th, 2021, unless otherwise advised by The Event Promoter. Should refunds be necessary as a consequence of Covid-19 restrictions in place in the Rep. of  Ireland, a 10% admin fee will be retained. Non refunded tickets can be used for 2022, if desired. Tickets for parking are non-refundable in all instances of complete cancellation.

  7. A ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable

  8. Tickets are only valid for the day(s) of the event printed on it.

  9. Tickets may only be purchased from The Event Promoter or officially authorised agents of The Event Promoter. Any ticket obtained from any other source (for example, unauthorised intermediaries such as ticket brokers, internet auctions, internet ticket agents) will be rendered void, and all rights of entry into the Stadium will be nullified. Any person seeking to use such a ticket obtained through unauthorised sources will be refused entry into the Stadium, ejected from the Stadium and/or will have their ticket seized by the Management, in addition to other remedies available to the Management

  10. Upon request from Management, ticket holders must explain how, from whom, where and for what consideration they obtained their tickets.

  11. Weekend Ticket Holders only are permitted to exit and re-enter the festival, however such persons must hold onto their original ticket, and will be issued a new wrist band for each day upon re-entry. One Day Admission ticket holders are not permitted to exit and re-enter the event except in the case of an emergency. Patrons must inform a steward in order to ensure controlled and secure egress and access with vehicles if an emergency exit or entrance is required.

  12. This ticket shall not be used as a prize in any lottery or competition or for any other promotional or advertising purposes unless expressly authorised in writing by the The Event Promoter.

  13. The sale of concession tickets by the The Event Promoter is strictly for ticket holders who meet the criteria. Holders of a concession ticket must meet the criteria when entering the event. Proof of meeting the criteria may be requested on entry to the event.

  14. A ticket purchaser must arrive to the event at least 30 minutes prior to start to ensure entry to the event.

  15. True Tributes Festival, its servants or agents shall have no liability for loss injury or damage to the ticket holder, or his/her property while in the events or any part thereof on entering or leaving the events, whether caused by negligence or breach of contract of the The Event Promoter or any of its servants or agents or otherwise.

  16. Any photograph, image, film or recording taken of any performer, participant or any member of any team may not be reproduced for any commercial purpose, whatsoever, whether for money or otherwise.

  17. All ticket holders acknowledge that photographic images and/or video recordings and/or stills taken from those video recordings may be taken of them and may also be used by The Event Promoter for marketing or promotional purposes.

  18. Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and regulations. Breach of these regulations and/or terms and conditions shall render the ticket void.

Opening Times 4PM Friday & Saturday & 5PM Sunday

Those patrons with valid on-site parking tickets must arrive through the GREEN GATE before 7pm each evening to ensure a parking space. Latest entrance with car is 9PM.

Ticket Holders with NO parking may arrive as per General & Day Admission times below.

Age Policy

True Tributes Festival is an over 21’s event. Anyone who appears under 21 may be asked for ID if purchasing alcohol. Children 12 and under are permitted to attend the festival, but they must have a valid ticket as per the available tickets offered provided they are with their legal parent/guardian. Children between the ages of 13 – 20 are not permitted onsite. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.

 

Important Information

Those ticket holders with parking option included, enter through the GREEN GATE.
Car parking is open until 9PM. No car may be admitted after that time. Any car which leaves the festival site before midnight, will not be re-admitted. (Car driving patrons who leave with their car, may re-enter on foot through the RED GATE.)  
 
Roadside parking outside venue is not permitted. Tow trucks will be used to remove any roadside parked vehicles. All pedestrians must enter through the RED GATE.
Those traveling by coach will enter through the YELLOW GATE. If using a private coach, please inform the festival organisers through the website contact form.
 
Ticket Holders Note: WRIST BANDS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
Weekend Ticket Holders must hold onto their original ticket, and will be issued a new wrist band for each day upon re-entry.
Day wristband holders are not permitted to re-enter the festival once they leave, except for emergencies.
 
For safety reasons, the following items are not permitted at True Tributes Festival. Spray canisters:Smoke Bombs:Gas canisters Megaphones: High Viz clothing: BBQ’s Gazebos Flag Poles:Laser Pens: Petrol Generators: Gas Cylinders: Liquefied Petroleum Gas: Professional photographic equipment: Fireworks: Chinese Lanterns, flares and high power torches. Illicit drugs,items which could be used as weapons and any glass items (except for small make-up items and perfume/aftershave) Note: For safety reasons Umbrellas are not permitted. There will however be an indoor bar which can hold 1800 persons at one time. Other rain cover structures will be erected at different areas where feasible.   Please Note: During some performances, strobe lighting and lasers may be used at the festival. Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. The site is big enough for those who prefer to listen at a distance. Car parks will be signposted. We accept no responsibility to any damage caused to your car. Patrons are not permitted to sleep in your car/vehicle.Please be aware that the event is outdoors. We have no control over the weather, so you are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to the festival. No animals/pets are permitted onsite.
